Sourdough Cinnamon Buns

 Cinnamon rolls are the perfect breakfast food for anyone with a sweet tooth! It is a sweet roll with icing drizzled on the top of it. In Sweden it is called a kanelbulle. Cinnamon rolls in Denmark are known as kanelsnegl, and in Finland it is called a korvapuusti. This recipe does use a bread starter, so it's not for everyone but if you would like to try it out click here.


Appearance- I am so happy with how these turned out! They almost look store-bought. And they weren't even that hard to make! I would rate the appearance 5 of 5 stars.


Taste- Not only did they look great, they tasted great too! They are on the sweeter side though, so if you don't like really sugary food these might not be for you. I would rate the taste 4 of 5 stars.


Difficulty- As I said before, these are not that hard to make. But, because of all the steps and how time consuming they are (they take almost a whole day), I would rate the difficulty advanced.
