Emory's Edibles

            Pumpkin chocolate chip muffins are my favorite kind of muffins! This recipe could be used for muffins or bread. If you would like to try this recipe click here . Appearance- The muffins are orange with chocolate chips just peeking out. I put more batter in each muffin wrapper than it said too so my muffins turned out a bit chunky. I would rate the appearance 5 of 5 stars.   Taste- These taste so good! They are sweet and flavorful. I would rate the taste 5 of 5 stars! Difficulty- These were pretty easy to make, but they did use a lot of ingredients.             Zucchini brownies are a healthy-ish dessert. They combine chocolate brownies with bits of zucchini. If you would like to try this recipe click here. Appearance- You can’t really tell that these brownies have zucchini in them, they just look like normal brownies. I would rate the appearance 4 of 5 stars.  Taste- These taste really chocolate-y and yummy. You can't really taste the zucchini. I would rate the taste 5 of 5 stars.  Difficulty- These were not at all hard to make, but I didn’t use a food processor like it said to because my zucchini was already shredded, instead I just mixed everything in a bowl. I would rate the difficulty beginner.  Overall- Overall I would rate this recipe 5 out of 5 stars!                                       ...
