Pumpkin Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

When I first saw these cupcakes they looked so good! They are perfect for the fall season or really any season. In this recipe you use yellow cake mix, pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. These cupcakes could be muffins if you took away the cream cheese frosting because the actual cupcake is not overly cake-ish. If you would like to try this recipe, click here.

Appearance- The cupcakes are a feast for the eyes! They look as great as they taste! The frosting is so smooth and the candy corn adds a little extra touch. I would rate the appearance 5 of 5 stars!

Taste- These cupcakes taste delicious! The actual cupcake tastes really good and the pumpkin puree keeps then from being dry. The cream cheese frosting is also really good! It tastes very similar to cheesecake! I would rate these taste 5 of 5 stars!

Difficulty- This recipe was very simple to make. It's just a yellow cake mix with pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. I would rate the difficulty beginner!

Overall- Overall I would rate this 5 out of 5 stars!
