Chocolate Peppermint Bundt Cake

This is actually the first ever bundt cake I made. If you do not know what a bundt cake is, it's basically a fancy cake sort of in the shape of a donut. This recipe is for a chocolate bundt cake with a chocolate glaze and crushed candy canes on top. I could not find peppermint extract so I used almond extract and it gave the cake a slight almond-y taste. Also it is too early to find candy canes so I just used some Christmas sprinkles. You can find this recipe here.

Appearance- This cake looks amazing! Because this is my first time making a budnt cake, mine kinda fell apart at the top but you can't really see it because of the glaze. The dark chocolate color goes really well with the sprinkles. I would rate the appearance 5 out of 5 stars!

Taste- It not only looks good but it tastes twice as good! This is one of the best cakes I have ever made. The chocolate is sweet but not too sweet and it's rich but not too rich. I would rate the taste 5 of 5 stars!

Difficulty- This recipe was not that hard but you need to use a stove and a bundt pan. You need to butter your pan really good or the cake won't come out. I would rate the difficulty intermediate.

Overall- overall I would rate this recipe 5 out of 5 stars!
