 Christmas muddy buddies are perfect for the holidays. They are a bit messy to make but they are worth it! Chex cereal coated in chocolate and peanut butter mixed with powdered sugar and M&Ms is a delicious treat! You can eat it like popcorn or bag it up to give away to you neighbors. Taste- This recipe is so good! A mix of M&Ms and powdered sugar, and Chex cereal makes a perfect combo! I would rate the taste 5 out of 5!


Difficulty- This was very simple to make, (but messy) but the stirring was a bit difficult. You have to be quick or the chocolate will harden. I would rate the difficulty beginner. 


Overall- I would rate the overall 5 out of 5 stars!

  Angel food cake is a fluffy sponge cake made with egg whites, flour, and sugar. Unlike other cakes, it doesn’t use butter. The Baker’s Corner angel food cake box comes with 2 packets and all you have to do is add 1 ⅓ cup water. I dont have an angel food cake pan so I used a bundt cake pan. After cutting a slice from the cake. I decorated it with whipped cream, blueberries, and strawberries for Memorial Day.   Chocolate and strawberries are a classic pair. They just go together. This recipe is great for spring and summer because you can go and pick fresh strawberries. Simple Scones

       Scones are one of my favorites! They are a great breakfast food. I added butterscotch chips into mine and it made them taste very good. I read in the comments on the recipe that you should use a food processor instead of a mixing bowl so I tried that. It really didn’t work for me because my food processor was small. If you would like to try this recipe click here. Appearance- These scones remind me of slices of pizza. They are a tan color and the butterscotch chips add some variety. I would rate the appearance 5 of 5 stars.  Taste- I think these taste really good! They do seem a bit dry and crumbly though. I would rate the taste 5 of 5 stars. Difficulty- I think making the scones in a food processor was supposed to make it easier but for me it didn't.
