Funfetti Christmas cake roll

Cake rolls are delicious! They are a great way to get frosting on all sides of your slice. This cake roll is a white cake mixed with Christmas sprinkles and cream cheese frosting. Appearance- I'm a little disappointed on how this turned out. I don't know if I did something wrong, but mine turned out looking a little sad compared to the picture. But if there was not a picture to compare to I would say it turned out kinda good. I would rate the appearance 3 out of 5 stars.


Taste- Even though the cake does look perfect it tastes amazing! The white cake is delicious and moist and goes perfectly with the cream cheese frosting which is also very good! I would rate the taste 5 of 5 stars! 


Difficulty- This cake roll was difficult to make. Rolling it up was hard and took longer than expected to bake. I would rate the difficulty advanced. 


Overall- Overall I would rate this recipe 4 out of 5 stars!

  Angel food cake is a fluffy sponge cake made with egg whites, flour, and sugar. Unlike other cakes, it doesn’t use butter. The Baker’s Corner angel food cake box comes with 2 packets and all you have to do is add 1 ⅓ cup water. I dont have an angel food cake pan so I used a bundt cake pan.   Chocolate and strawberries are a classic pair. They just go together. This recipe is great for spring and summer because you can go and pick fresh strawberries. Simple Scones

       Scones are one of my favorites! They are a great breakfast food. I added butterscotch chips into mine and it made them taste very good. I read in the comments on the recipe that you should use a food processor instead of a mixing bowl so I tried that. It really didn’t work for me because my food processor was small. If you would like to try this recipe click here. Appearance- These scones remind me of slices of pizza. They are a tan color and the butterscotch chips add some variety. I would rate the appearance 5 of 5 stars.  Taste- I think these taste really good! They do seem a bit dry and crumbly though. I would rate the taste 5 of 5 stars. Difficulty- I think making the scones in a food processor was supposed to make it easier but for me it didn't.
