Layered candy cane dessert

 Candy canes are a magical part of Christmas. Adding them into a dessert is a good idea! This dessert has 4 layers; crushed Oreo's, a cream-cheese and cool whip mixture, white chocolate pudding (but I used vanilla and it still tasted very good), and some more cool whip on top! Appearance- This layered dessert looks amazing! The whites and reds look perfect together and the layers don't mix together so you can see them all when you cut it. I would rate the appearance 5 of 5 stars!


Taste- This desert tastes absolutely amazing! Each of the layers taste perfect together and they each taste very good. I would rate the taste 5 of 5 stars! 


Difficulty- This dessert was not at all difficult to make. It looks complicated but it's really not. I would rate the difficulty beginner.


Overall- Overall I would rate this recipe  5 out of 5 stars!

  Angel food cake is a fluffy sponge cake made with egg whites, flour, and sugar. Unlike other cakes, it doesn’t use butter. The Baker’s Corner angel food cake box comes with 2 packets and all you have to do is add 1 ⅓ cup water. I dont have an angel food cake pan so I used a bundt cake pan. After cutting a slice from the cake. I decorated it with whipped cream, blueberries, and strawberries for Memorial Day.   Chocolate and strawberries are a classic pair. They just go together. This recipe is great for spring and summer because you can go and pick fresh strawberries. Simple Scones

       Scones are one of my favorites! They are a great breakfast food. I added butterscotch chips into mine and it made them taste very good. I read in the comments on the recipe that you should use a food processor instead of a mixing bowl so I tried that. It really didn’t work for me because my food processor was small. If you would like to try this recipe click here. Appearance- These scones remind me of slices of pizza. They are a tan color and the butterscotch chips add some variety. I would rate the appearance 5 of 5 stars.  Taste- I think these taste really good! They do seem a bit dry and crumbly though. I would rate the taste 5 of 5 stars. Difficulty- I think making the scones in a food processor was supposed to make it easier but for me it didn't.
