Banana Pudding

        Pudding is such a delicious dessert or snack. Whether it's chocolate, vanilla or any other flavor, no one can say no to it (unless you don't like pudding). Just the thought of pudding layered with bananas and vanilla wafers topped with cool whip is enough to make you want some! This recipe I actually did not find online, I found it in a box of old recipes from who knows when. You can find the picture of the recipe below.


Appearance- When you layer the wafers, bananas, and pudding, the pudding seeps within any open spots, therefore when you look at it it does not look like much. I expected to be able to see the layers. I would rate the appearance 3 of 5 stars.


Taste- Even though the pudding didn't have the best appearance, it tasted really good! The actual pudding was delicious and the bananas and wafers added a good touch to it. So did the cool whip. I would rate the taste 5 of 5 stars!


Difficulty- This was fairly easy to make and had very simple instructions. I would rate this beginner.


Overall- overall I would rate this recipe 5 out of 5 stars!

  Angel food cake is a fluffy sponge cake made with egg whites, flour, and sugar. Unlike other cakes, it doesn’t use butter. The Baker’s Corner angel food cake box comes with 2 packets and all you have to do is add 1 ⅓ cup water. I dont have an angel food cake pan so I used a bundt cake pan.   Chocolate and strawberries are a classic pair. They just go together. This recipe is great for spring and summer because you can go and pick fresh strawberries. I made this recipe for mothers day but my whole family loved it. If you would like to try this recipe click here. Appearance- The appearance of this cake is amazing! The different layers as well as the reds and browns makes the cake look so appetizing. I would rate the appearance 5 of 5 stars!  Taste- This cake is delicious! It's perfectly moist and flavorful. The frosting and the glaze add an extra touch. I would rate the taste 5 of 5 stars!  Difficulty- The recipe isn't that hard to follow and the steps aren't difficult to achieve. Simple Scones

       Scones are one of my favorites! They are a great breakfast food. I added butterscotch chips into mine and it made them taste very good. I read in the comments on the recipe that you should use a food processor instead of a mixing bowl so I tried that. It really didn’t work for me because my food processor was small. If you would like to try this recipe click here. Appearance- These scones remind me of slices of pizza. They are a tan color and the butterscotch chips add some variety. I would rate the appearance 5 of 5 stars.  Taste- I think these taste really good! They do seem a bit dry and crumbly though. I would rate the taste 5 of 5 stars. Difficulty- I think making the scones in a food processor was supposed to make it easier but for me it didn't.
