Baked Red velvet Cake Donuts

     Donuts are a delicious breakfast food or dessert! Whether it be a more cake-y donut or a not so cake-y donut, all donuts are good donuts (in my opinion)! And these red velvet donuts are perfect for valentines day with the reds, whites and pinks! If you would like to try this recipe click here.


Appearance- I may have filled up the donuts pan with a little too much batter because they turned out more like mini cakes… But even if these donuts don't have a hole they still look amazing! I would rate the appearance 4 of 5 stars!


Taste- The taste of these donuts is amazing! It's basically cake! The cream cheese frosting tastes so good with the red velvet donuts. I would rate the taste 5 of 5 stars! 


Difficulty- These donuts were not at all hard to make! It was very similar to making a cake or cupcakes. I would rate the difficulty beginner! 


Overall- Overall I would rate this recipe 4 out of 5 stars!

  Angel food cake is a fluffy sponge cake made with egg whites, flour, and sugar. Unlike other cakes, it doesn’t use butter. The Baker’s Corner angel food cake box comes with 2 packets and all you have to do is add 1 ⅓ cup water. I dont have an angel food cake pan so I used a bundt cake pan. After cutting a slice from the cake. I decorated it with whipped cream, blueberries, and strawberries for Memorial Day.   Chocolate and strawberries are a classic pair. They just go together. This recipe is great for spring and summer because you can go and pick fresh strawberries. Simple Scones

       Scones are one of my favorites! They are a great breakfast food. I added butterscotch chips into mine and it made them taste very good. I read in the comments on the recipe that you should use a food processor instead of a mixing bowl so I tried that. It really didn’t work for me because my food processor was small. If you would like to try this recipe click here. Appearance- These scones remind me of slices of pizza. They are a tan color and the butterscotch chips add some variety. I would rate the appearance 5 of 5 stars.  Taste- I think these taste really good! They do seem a bit dry and crumbly though. I would rate the taste 5 of 5 stars. Difficulty- I think making the scones in a food processor was supposed to make it easier but for me it didn't.
