5 Ingredient Peanut Butter Energy Bites

 


Energy bites, or protein balls, are a great and healthy snack. They taste good and fill you up. This recipe only takes 10-20 minutes to make and only has 5 ingredients (peanut butter, chocolate chips, oats, flax seeds, and honey.) I used chia seeds instead of flax seeds when I made these. Appearance- For me it is a bit hard to make the balls into perfect circles but that's fine. They still look delicious. I would rate the appearance 3 of 5 stars. 

Taste- These protein balls taste so good! The peanut butter and the chocolate chips make the perfect combination. The one thing I don't really like are the seeds, but that may have just been the types of seeds I used. I would rate the taste 4 out of 5 stars. 


Difficulty- This recipe was easy to follow and it does not take a lot of time. I would rate the difficulty beginner. 


Overall- Overall I would rate this recipe 4 out of 5 stars!
