Baker’s Corner Angel Food Cake

Angel food cake is a fluffy sponge cake made with egg whites, flour, and sugar. Unlike other cakes, it doesn’t use butter. The Baker’s Corner angel food cake box comes with 2 packets and all you have to do is add 1 ⅓ cup water. I dont have an angel food cake pan so I used a bundt cake pan. After cutting a slice from the cake. I decorated it with whipped cream, blueberries, and strawberries for Memorial Day. Appearance- Because I baked my cake in a bundt pan instead of an angel food cake pan, mine has a round top and not a flat top. I think this cake looks beautiful and fluffy. It is white on the inside and golden on the outside. I would rate the appearance 5 of 5 stars! Taste- This cake doesn't have a whole lot of taste to it, the toppings really add to it.
