Easy Chocolate Pie

         Chocolate is delicious, pie is delicious, put them together and you get a super delicious dessert! This pie is more like pudding in a pie crust though. But when I was filling the pie crust I had some extra pudding that would not fit. That was yummy by itself. If you would like to try out this recipe click here.


Appearance- I must have not refrigerated mine enough because it turned out looking a little gloppy. But if you did refrigerate it enough it would look pretty good! I would rate the appearance 3 of 5 stars. 


Taste- This pie is so good! It tastes exactly like chocolate pudding (which technically it is). This pie crust adds an extra crunch to it. I would rate the  taste 5 of 5 stars!


Difficulty- This recipe was easy to follow and not that difficult to make, but because you have to use the stove I would rate it intermediate. 


Overall-  Overall I would rate this recipe 4 out of 5 stars!

  Angel food cake is a fluffy sponge cake made with egg whites, flour, and sugar. Unlike other cakes, it doesn’t use butter. The Baker’s Corner angel food cake box comes with 2 packets and all you have to do is add 1 ⅓ cup water. I dont have an angel food cake pan so I used a bundt cake pan. After cutting a slice from the cake. I decorated it with whipped cream, blueberries, and strawberries for Memorial Day.   Chocolate and strawberries are a classic pair. They just go together. This recipe is great for spring and summer because you can go and pick fresh strawberries. The different layers as well as the reds and browns makes the cake look so appetizing. I would rate the appearance 5 of 5 stars!  Taste- This cake is delicious! It's perfectly moist and flavorful. Simple Scones

       Scones are one of my favorites! They are a great breakfast food. I added butterscotch chips into mine and it made them taste very good. I read in the comments on the recipe that you should use a food processor instead of a mixing bowl so I tried that. It really didn’t work for me because my food processor was small. If you would like to try this recipe click here. Appearance- These scones remind me of slices of pizza. They are a tan color and the butterscotch chips add some variety. I would rate the appearance 5 of 5 stars.  Taste- I think these taste really good! They do seem a bit dry and crumbly though. I would rate the taste 5 of 5 stars. Difficulty- I think making the scones in a food processor was supposed to make it easier but for me it didn't.
