Easy Blueberry Pie

 Blueberry pie is the perfect pie for summer! I know I'm going to sound dumb saying this, but I actually didn't know that blueberry pie was just straight up blueberries coated in sugar (amongst other things). I thought that you added the blueberries into some sort of pie batter or something the way you add chocolate chips into cookie dough. This was also the first time I have ever made a pie with a lattice top, and I think it turned out pretty good! If you would like to try this recipe click here. 


Appearance- Before the pie was cut, it looked beautiful. After it was cut… well.. It looks like the piece exploded. I don't know why it didn't stay. If it had stayed together it would be a 5 but because it didn't it is going to have to be a 3 of 5 stars. 


Taste- Even though the pie doesn't look that good once I cut it, it does taste amazing! It is super delicious, not too sweet, not too bitter. I would rate the taste 5 of 5 stars!


Difficulty- The hardest part about making this pie was making the lattice top, and that wasn't super difficult. It was a little tricky though so I would rate the difficulty intermediate. 


Overall- Overall I would rate this recipe 5 out of 5 stars!

  Angel food cake is a fluffy sponge cake made with egg whites, flour, and sugar. Unlike other cakes, it doesn’t use butter. Strawberry Chocolate Cake

  Chocolate and strawberries are a classic pair. They just go together. This recipe is great for spring and summer because you can go and pick fresh strawberries. The different layers as well as the reds and browns makes the cake look so appetizing. I would rate the appearance 5 of 5 stars!  Taste- This cake is delicious! It's perfectly moist and flavorful. Simple Scones

       Scones are one of my favorites! They are a great breakfast food. I added butterscotch chips into mine and it made them taste very good. I read in the comments on the recipe that you should use a food processor instead of a mixing bowl so I tried that. It really didn’t work for me because my food processor was small. If you would like to try this recipe click here. Appearance- These scones remind me of slices of pizza. They are a tan color and the butterscotch chips add some variety. I would rate the appearance 5 of 5 stars.  Taste- I think these taste really good! They do seem a bit dry and crumbly though. I would rate the taste 5 of 5 stars. Difficulty- I think making the scones in a food processor was supposed to make it easier but for me it didn't.
