Emory's Edibles

       August 1st is National Raspberry Cream Pie day so I decided to make a raspberry cream pie! This recipe has an Oreo crust to go with the raspberry filling. If you would like to make this pie yourself click here.  Appearance- The pie is a light pink color with dark pink raspberry pieces. It goes well with the black-ish crust. I would rate the appearance 5 of 5 stars.   Taste- I would say this pie is not for people who like really sweet desserts. It has a slight tang to it but is still really good. I would rate the taste 5 of 5 stars.  Difficulty- This was super easy to make and had easy-to-follow instructions. I would rate the difficulty beginner.  Overall- Overall I would rate this recipe 5 out of 5 stars!                                   ★★★★★

  This was actually my first time making snickerdoodles. It was surprisingly easy because you just make sugar cookies then coat them in cinnamon sugar. I made these snickerdoodles from a recipe in a recipe book. I will put a picture of the recipe along with the pictures.  Appearance- These cookies don't look like much but the cinnamon on them makes them look delicious! I would rate the appearance 5 of 5 stars.  Taste- These snickerdoodles taste amazing! The sweet sugar cookies and the cinnamon sugar are a great combination. I would rate the taste 5 of 5 stars Difficulty- These were very easy to make and the instructions were clear. I would rate the difficulty beginner.  Overall- Overall I would rate this recipe 5 of 5 stars! ★★★★★
